I was finding the road empty down by the single digit blocks late at night but usually all that followed me down was some really ratty cars that were just looking to throw revs.

For racing & cars jumping on it you should book higher up like at LEAST 9th or 10th st. 1st street is awesome because all the cars make the u-turn to go north @ Division St, and then you have all the guys coming off of rt 50 coming through too.

18th st is where I stayed last year, and am staying again this year because of how good of a view of Baltimore St we had and yes people were doing burnouts on Baltimore Ave there all weekend long Thurs - Sat. not just Saturday alone. For me the room was more of just a place to sleep and watch traffic from the balcony a little because most of my time was spent driving the streets and up at Hooters watching cars on 123rd st.

 

Yea, Baltimore is still a great street for burnouts. You just have to be a little sneaky. The cops hide everywhere so not getting caught is tough. We got this one guy in a nasty orange chevelle to do it around 25st and a cop jumped out of nowhere...... Of course we chipped in for his ticket.
