shop that will pass me with headers ory in ct

I have to go through emissions. I wanted to get catted y to advoid this but my great tuner oh you will be fine. Well now i have 2 weeks to get it done as i got pulled over for nothing and cited for not going through emissions. If anyone knows of a shop in ct that can pass me please pm me. Worse case im gonna get the catted y i was gonna

Dont go to a big name place, go to a small shop. As long as your light isnt on youll be good. I passed with lt/ory just fine.

I go anywhere. As long as the car is tuned properly and isn't throwing any codes, it will pass. Every time I bring my car in they do the plug in test. Most of the time they don't do a visual or have no clue what they should be looking for to begin with. My car has long tubes plus EGR and AIR removed.

yes our cars will pass if tunes correctly, you just need a place that does not look for the cats

Youll like this Rob, I went to a place here in town and they put my car on their dyno with the front in the air, looked under and still passed me.

yeah i went to a place here in town that was supposed to be cool and it opened a HUGE can of worms for me a few years back...lol

im in manchester ct. Im willing to drive to where I need to go. no one has pm me yet. Is it true that the tsp catted y hangs to low. I think it is bs just that the person who did them isnt good enough and knows how to tuck them right cause other guys run them

Yes from what iv seen the tsp catted y hangs a bit low. IMO with your mods you'll be fine as long as your car isn't loud because then they might suspect something. I'm not sure of what cat back you have.

OP you could try economy oil change on rt. 30 in Vernon. I had no issues taking my car there, assuming the car passes the plug in test.
