Ill be there again hoping for no rain this time though. For those of you who stay at the carousel how much do you guys normally pay? I stayed there for the first time in the fall and loved having the parking garage to park the cars in, but i've never stayed their during the spring and was curious what kind of rates they charged?

Ill be there with some buddies, staying on 28th bayside. I should be there with my truck, which is just a 5.3 with isky 212/.561/112 cam, milled 862s, SLP cai, efans, custom catback. Stock manifolds, cats, and trans.
My buddy's dad will most likely have his '67 Camaro there. Nothing fancy but a hell of a driver. 396bbc bored to 402, mild cam, th400 and 3.73s.
This was us taking a quick pitstop just outside OC.

Then again the passenger seat of the Camaro is looking pretty comfortable.LOL
I paid like $100 a night in the fall and I just looked it up for 2 days for the spring and it said $199, but im assuming that is per night? (although I selected a 2 day trip?) any other cheap places to stay at as far as hotels?

I'm feeling an itch.....
OC will be interesting for sure this spring. Going to book my room this week. Thinking Carousel but wouldn't mind switching it up. The parking garage and all the action up around Carousel is what keeps me going back.

Yeah my car should make close to 900 at the wheels and i still think id be bringing a knife to a gun fight. there are cars down there in all power ranges but it sucks if you encounter one way out of your league and get yanked. i will have a better chance with my R1 though...

I'm just trying to kick this thread up FYI, not trying to sidetrack it w/ Tx2k. Eastern section has been dead lately.
Room is booked for Carousel Going do Tuesday-Sunday. Figure relax the first two days and then watch all the dumbass the rest of the weekend. I have to remember to pack my bull horn this year.
