Default Head Light motor Rebuild VS buying new

Both my headlight motors are grinding. I have been reading that people just replace the plastic gear inside instead of replacing the whole motor. Anyone have a kit they like? Would love to save the cash and not have to buy two new motors.

Thanks!

Well people say they actually flip the gear 180 degrees because only half gets used so one side is worn and one is like new.

Buy the kits from Hawks thirdgen, did both on my ws6, it's really easy to do.
