When is the best time to go in the spring? I was thinking the 16th (Friday) and 17th but last year it was a parking lot. Are there even people down there on the 15th (Thursday) the first day?

From what I've heard, Wednesday night is usually the best night to really have fun. But that's because almost nobody goes. Thursday night is the best otherwise. That's for cruising though. If you want to check out all the cars, Saturday usually has the best turnout for car shows.

Any of the diesels that law would affect are part of the jack *** group. Obviously if you are just driving in your crew cab full with passengers then it's not a big deal. My bet is diesels start showing up with seats in the back with seat belts & all.
