winter project!
well the winter project offically stared for me saturday. thanks to don and every else that was there to lend a hand this weekend we got my afr heads for the car and first impression is ALOT more mid range power has been found . even though the cam will also be coming out before spring kmowing that it wasnt designed for the heads i went with. gained 30rwhp and 30rwtq across the board. we did find out though that its time for new cam and injectors
sae we saw 410hp/395tq for starters and just called it a day
uncorrected was 441/428, gotta love cold air
so far so good.
with what is in mind for this car spring isnt gonna be here fast enough

marco, that was my old cam and I gave it to keith, it would be awesome in your auto. Awesome driving manners on the street, real good low end and it makes great power with stock heads.

i cant make up my mind, stock internals , cam only LOL dam it. If I can get a sweet deal on that cam i'll take it. I had that cam in my first ARE motor and I swear that car was a beast with that cam and the TEA Heads, I wish I had the car tuned for that cam before my oil pump **** the bed and blew my motor Yeah let me be the first to say I'm interested in the cam . The AFR's will have to wait for tax time lol

I thought you made more than enough power yesterday. Get used to that first and then switch cams! Seriously, I'd do the same thing. Get a cam that's matched for those heads and let it rip! I'll be there to help out anytime!
