NY Salt and STS Within the last 12 years I have been driving NYS DOT has gone from using sand to pure salt on the roads up here during the winter.
Its really bad, The **** is so corrosive. I know some states ther're still using a mix.
Is anyone currently using the STS on a there car or truck that they are still driving now?? I know this winter is just getting started but I'm anxious to see how the HPC coating stands up.
With this cold (-21 last night), Its hard to even wash **** too. I have Hot water tap at my house but it doesn't matter. Usually if its 20 or above I can do it no problem.
