Fine..... let me make it up to you sweet cheeks... I'm gonna get Marcel to put on a "special dance" for you on Valentines day.... that ought to get the break in mileage down to 500.

Don, My master plan worked. We (all of us) knew I wasnt going to get an 11.8 so i decided to blow the engine so you would take pity on me and put that shiny, spinning thing on the vette. Yippe. My plan worked. I bet I'll get an 11.8 now. I cant wait to lose traction in 3rd gear.

Nice, Brent. Now all you need is a pair of new M/T ET Radial Drags and some heavy duty rear axles and you will get to "the promised land". Bet you can't wait to see the good weather---just like everyone else here. Best wishes w/that new setup. WJ

I think I'll take a ride down to NJ soon. Theres no way I can wait until the tracks open up here. Youre right my friend the next step is to beef up the rear with a diff strut brace and output shaft to try to save the tranny. I'm not that hopeful but it's worth a try.
Hey Brian, dont worry youre turn will come soon enough. Get some miles on that new motor.

Yes, but remember that NJ is a long ramp truck ride home, so have Don do some rear "beefing" before you go that far away to race... Best wishes. WJ
