"Yeah, they are in east hartford I do believe. they do alot of import and mustang crap I guess, there's some clown that runs around the pike all the time with a white mustang with a single turbo on it... car's pretty quick, but the guy is a ********.. think's he's king ****."

Chris95SVT,

Pay these ESP knuckleheads no attention- it's just typical East Side Performance chitter-chatter..

Maybe you can get Ken (at East Side Performance) a cut-rate remedial class on tuning @ XX

Well.. let's see.. I know where I came up with my opinion of you... I'm sitting at the burger kind last year... and you and some other guy are walking by my car.. and I'm standing right next to it talking to a friend of mine.. and you take one look at it.. and say somethign along the lines if "shitbox" and keep walking.. you didn't know that the owner was standing there apparently... don't know the car, don't know the owner.... let alone that I was standing right there! I really don't judge peopel on what they drive, or even how they drive.. more on the things that flow from their traps... you made up my mind before I ever even got to meet you. Funny thing was I was over looking at your car earlier that night.. and was dying to talk to the owner, find out hwat you had goin gon there..... had a good comversation starter too.. you were rolling on the same bogarts I have on my car.... would have made for an easy in to probably make a new friend.

Alfred rider, no. Just know him... and know that he'd probably be more then happy to put you in your place once he's done with his car.. maybe bring you hack down to reality.

Or, if you have some patience.. give me a couple years, and I'd be happy to do it. I'm in the middle of redoing my house and getting married this fall.. so unfortunately, I'll be on hold with car stuff for a while, but once this is all done, and I can get back to it with some effort.. I'd be happy to do it myself. I freely admit I couldn't hold a candle to your car as mine sits... but like I said, give me a couple years to get more important life things together.

Next time you see me at the pike, please feel free to stop by and B.S... maybe this internet chatter can be put aside.. you are probably a decent guy.....

just watch what you say about people's rides.. especially when you don't even know who owns it or what's going on with it!

Bob... get over it.... your eastside experience was not the best, for whatever reason, we all know that.. just let it go man.

JL - You know what's wierd.. I actually love the Ws6's, so me calling it a POS sounds a little "odd". If in fact I called your car a POS (which I HIGHLY DOUBT) then I appologize. I had a 97 30th Anniversary Camaro which to this day I still miss. I dunno...

Alfred rider, no. Just know him... and know that he'd probably be more then happy to put you in your place once he's done with his car.. maybe bring you hack down to reality.
And what place is that? The fact that he needs to build a motor to beat my stock ****? Remember kid, I went 10.50's with a stock bottom end and a car that was 100% tuned by me... and that bottom end is going to the trash this year along with the 5 speed.. If Alfred doesn't beat me this year, then he's doing something very wrong. If spending more money then me to make the same or more power then me is "putting me in my place" then so be it.

Or, if you have some patience.. give me a couple years, and I'd be happy to do it. I'm in the middle of redoing my house and getting married this fall.. so unfortunately, I'll be on hold with car stuff for a while, but once this is all done, and I can get back to it with some effort.. The "Other things" in life are much more important. My car is always the last thing to get worked on, that's why it sits in the showroom at the shop. Best of luck with the house and the wedding.. I'll be taking the plunge soon myself.

Next time you see me at the pike, please feel free to stop by and B.S... maybe this internet chatter can be put aside.. you are probably a decent guy.... just watch what you say about people's rides.. especially when you don't even know who owns it or what's going on with it!
Agreed, and same to you.

Blown 03... wasn't sure who it was.. not someone I reconized.. but it was a 03/04.. and not stock either by the way it sounded.. was a good run though.. relativly close... one run i got him a little, other he got me a little..no clear winner.

Chris,

I think that Alfred's actually going after some bikes or something. He's not my best friend.. more like someone I know that's all. Had you and he raced last year, it would have been close I'm sure.. this year... not even, if he can hook that thing up and not melt the rear end out of it... which I doubt. I've found that getting beat usually does tend to bring one's ego down... hell, i'm not one to talk... a lawnmower could out 60 foot my car

I did find it odd that someone would take a look over my car and call it a POS... but it was you I'm 99% sure, as I saw you get in your car later.. and was a little unahppy when I saw the owner of a car that I wanted to talk to was the one calling my car junk earlier.

Good luck with the marriage thing too.. it's good, just make sure you find the right one the first time! I'm sure we'll get to hang out sometime this summer.. and you can feel free to put me in my place in the wat out

Wow, back from the dead thread.
I sold my Cobra...was to rare to tear apart. New owner says they are gonna do some magazine article on it. Apparently no stickers, proof Roush owned it and proof its the very 1st 4 valve installed in a mustang...and the fact it was never to be sold, but instaed crushed (was a test mule) was worth something to someone. Glad i didnt tear it apart and the new owners happy.
Hey Bob You ever gonna stop bashing East Side? Let it go man. Let it go.

Yeah.. I don't like the hating and negativity.. so I will assume a "Laissez-faire" attitude with this, so as long as everyone "lets things alone, let them pass" - I will, too, let them pass.

People who have actually met me and know me know that I'm a pretty stand up guy, unless I don't like you. Sorry you feel like I'm such a dick, maybe I was a dick towards you at some point, but maybe it was deserved?

Scotty - Wanna run it? And who wants to race if you know you're gonna loose? Your white car was fast as *****. I had alot of respect for that thing, especially after you let me drive it.

Jammer - Hope you had a good time, lookin forward to meetin you again.

JL - What can I say, sounds like you are an Alfred sackrider, and if that's the case, sorry you feel the need to hate me because you "heard" I'm a dick. Maybe the next time you see me, say hi?

- Chris
i had to poke fun bro, new you would read it. its all good. I want to come to the dark side now anyway.
