just ordered the FM14 cam!!

Finally made a cam decision.... I am going with the FM14 112+2 cam, I talked to Allan Futral about it and he says the cam is pretty much the same as the FM13 but has a bit more peak.... however he promieses me the idle will be much choppier.... he'd really like to see me get away from the 3.42's, but i will change that whenever my rear goes.... im goin w/ the manley dual springs which he recommended....

I figured i will just order the cam and get it over with because as you all know I sit around all damn day and hesitate... (it took me 2 years to get freakin headers)....

Nice I went the same route. F14 on a 112lsa. Hopefully I'll have a 9" soon to throw some 3.73s in.

yeah, i have been reading about cams since the day i bought my car 3 years ago... i decided the f13 112+4 was the perfect cam for me, but have also noticed that everybody i have ever talked to who has a cam regrets not goin bigger, so i just went one step bigger then my "perfect cam"....

didn't hurt that a gp was on that ended the next day!

I really hope this tides me over.... next mod will be the small chamber afr 225's, but hopefully that will be next winter!

(yes i know i am blatantly ignoring a clutch and rear end, maybe my car is just different and will never need those

)

Wait, I forgot what I was going to say.

Oh yeah....HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

It all depends on how ya drive it, if you just do some hard street driving and a little autocross once in a while they could live, or at least the rear could, the clutch you WILL need eventually.
