Brent: I have 2, no 3, things to say. 1. Get that rollcage in. 2. Get some ET Drags or Hoosier full slicks. 3. Bring spare underwear to the track. Best wishes. WJ

Coming from you warren, all good advice. Any particular order i should follow? I was just thinking about the slicks this morning, one big run and then have Don replace everything thats going to break back there. Did you get the shocks in yet?

Just get a pair of 26-10x15 ET Drags and a pair of used 8.5" Convo-Pro's. There are 2 prs. of them FS on Parts FS. Ask Don if the 5" backspace will work on your car...I'm pretty sure it will--it's fine on my car. You'll spin the Drags just a bit--but they're only 10's and are nice and soft, and being 15's they'll really "flex" at launch.... See what he thinks, though. You and I both know he can give you the right answer...Still, I know he'll also reccommend the spare underwear for your first day out at the track at least. I ordered Comp. Engineering rear shocks--the guy w/the Hals turned out to be a scammer--I caught someone complaining about him on "Member Feedback". I was this far . from sending him 500 big ones... I'll leave my stocker fronts in for my first club race wknd (Apr. 22-23 at NED) and for the LVD rental gig. Shedding close to another 100 lbs... Me = 25 lbs. lighter from last year before operation, and 75 from the car. Won't get my 3.73's in before then, either. Would like to throw in a complete 3.42 rear--know it'd be good for a full tenth. Going thru at 4500 really sucks... 5000 would be great trap rpm for my mods. Your car's gonna fly--you will absolutely ****! WJ

I see no reason to even run ET street's.I've done 1.60 60's on my Nitto's and it would of been better if my clutch would hold.Brent has 150rwhp more than I do.I know his car is capable of low 10's easy enough.

Will the 15 x 8 1/2, 5 inch back space convo pros actually fit on the back of a C5/Zo6?
