Vegas is nice, but not its all cracked up to be. price of homes are just as bad as they are here..seems to be more actually and you are right on top of your next door neighbor, your homes being 40 feet from each other...or so.
The whole vegas thing gets old, but the people I have met there in the car club(LVFbody) are really very nice people.
Of course I was working on Nellis AFB as a contractor(civi). I don't know, I'd rather be in Oklahoma or Texas but gotta go where the jobs are.
I work in E hartford also....Pm me with whatever you want to know about this place(besides it pretty much sucks) Ive been local my whole life.... Have you been to Mark's Cruise nights yet? Mon Nights in E.Granby?

Cool. I'm a contractor working for Pratt & Whitney right now. I havent heard of Marks...how do I get there? Man, now I wish I had my car up here.
If it wasn't raining right now... I's be sitting at D&D on the pike... damn weather.
It does get warm here though.. wait, you'll see.
turbo car.. cool, can't wait until you get it up here, I have been dyong ot see a real turbo ls1 car, get a ride in it, etc. etc.... not a sts car.. a car with a real kit.

Cruise about 10 minuted from you apartment every Friday.... except the rainy ones.
It does get warm here though.. wait, you'll see.

Yeah, my friend Jon is working on the car next week. You should see this guy's garage. Everything other then his LT1 Impala is turbo'd
including a twin turbo on his dodge ram 2500
I still am waiting for a set of fans(stockers) and the radiator support. Other then that and an air intake temp sensor, its good to go. Go tune the car, dyno it and see what happens.
If its done by the end of June, I'll drive it back to CT..if not, I'll drive it back probably later august or whenever I can get a chance
