Wanted to share a few pictures
I love fishing! Even if you don't catch monster fish.
This is at Cobbosseecontee lake in Maine that I visited for a few days. Here's a few of the many pictures I took while there. (resized smaller)
And a picture of my brothers car and mine after waxing them last memorial day, right before they got rained on (sorry it is huge)

Yeah that lake has a very weird name for sure. The lake itself is a little over 9 miles and the deepest part is about 100ft. It is located about 10 minutes from the center of Augusta. It is an all natural glacial lake. It has all these scattered islands where people built houses, nice houses, that they take boats out to and I would assume use as a summer home.
It's a really nice place. I love that sunrise picture too, reminds me of why I love fishing so much. There is nothing better than top water fishing in the morning when the lake is like glass.
They have everything from salmon, trout, large and small mouth bass, I even caught a northern pike.
I was able to take over 70 pictures while I was up there Nice ones all atleast 1600X1200. I grew up fishing all the time and I haven't been able to go for quite a while. So when i do, I enjoy every minute of it.
Here is a picture of a neat house.
This is where we stayed for a few days.
Here is a double w/ me and the old man.
'02 SLP#686: I want to post something up soon to get an idea of who is going. I am probably just going to hang at Greenhill park for the day on Saturday and I might go downtown the Friday before. It would be cool if we could get a bunch of people together to all park at Greenhill.

All kidding aside, Maine is definitely a beautiful state. Alot of people have been snatching up land up there too over the last 30 years either for retirement, or investment. I really like the coast of Maine especially north of Booth Bay Harbor, but also the Sabago Lake region too. Some friends of mine went up there in the mid 70's and built a big chalet up there with lumber all cut and milled on their 150 acre property. They can go hunting, fishing and snowmobile riding all in one day without having to leave home, sweet.
