Default where to tune

Hey guys whats up. Im from NJ and looking for some advice on tuners. (I read the thread just below but i want to compare these 3) My cam only car has had some bad luck when it comes to the tune so im looking to start over. I am condidering one of these three shops: Eastside, Rapid, or TTP. Driving distance is of no real importance, i just want to go to the most reliable. I have a few ideas i want to put into the tune if the shop says they are safe, so im looking for a tuner that will work with me. I have read good and bad things on all of these and just looking for some fresh opinions.

TTP. I was in the same boat as you looking for an installer/tuner and they have a great rep and excellent prices, not that the others places aren't good. I just set up an appt. w/ them for gears and a TC install along w/ a dyno tune.

Plus they're right in Clifton, NJ.

If you don't do TTP give Brian Herta a try at *non sponsor link removed*

He did a damn good job on my car(though it's just a bolt on car). Made a huge difference.

Any of the shops have good reputations in my opinion. Obviously I'm a bit biased! Our full LS1Edit dyno tunes ($525) include part throttle LTrim tuning, custom timing map, idle tune, WOT a/f ratio, trans tune, ses code removal, fan settings, etc. On retunes, we do not charge for anything you don't need to hit the dyno for (Changing speedo, fans, etc.). If you need to retune on the dyno it is $250.

We have a 2004 Dynojet 224x on site. Your welcome to hang out for the tune or if it makes it easier you can drop it off for the day with us. Either way, you can give us a call at 973-365-2270 or stop by with any questions.
