Just NAILED another one!!!!!!! bid a job last week, 19 condo units 10 minits from my shop, and BOOMMMMMM, i nailed it. they are signing a contract now!! 
thats over 80 condo units this year!!! and im waiting on a drawing for 100 more about 15 minits from my shop!
im pretty happy about this.

accualy, i dont receive any profits. all my profits go towards buying the company, then whatever we dont make comes out of pocket. so it doesnt cost me a pile of money everymonth, it just doesnt put a pile in my pocket, but if i never get it, i cant miss it.

we are having a pretty good year, our profit was down a little, but we cleaned house, and got some new guys, and it seems to be climbing back up there.
and tyes, if i got profit in hand i would blow half of it, so im better off to buy my company, and then blow the money. lol
