how much 4 just the headers and y pipe and are they emissions legal... trying to pass inspection soon but im very interested in those headers..message me poice

are these stainless steel, and do u have stage 8 locking bolts and new manifold gaskets?

not stainless, but ceramic coated that has flaked as seen in the pics and no stage 8 locking bolts. I have the gaskets that came with the headers yes.
