Nah the V6's have electric fans. If you've ever peaked at one btw, there's pretty much enough room to stand in the engine bay between the engine and radiator.

My '85 TPI came with electric fans also.

Glad you got it worked out steph, atleast it was a simple fix.

not back in 85 I know my 84 ho z28 had a clutch fan.
