lol dam carpet..i actually got it to the floor on the way home once. It breaks them lose from a 30 mph on the dry ground on 140. I let off shortly after that and proceeded with my granny driving as usual.

It's my intention to go the other directon.
I'm going to drop the compression to 8.2:1 and keep the boost as is and I'm also going to add alky injection.

These changes will start Nov 1 when I yank the motor out again.
I'm still going to try and get the Tomato into the 11's N/A.

I think I was going through LS1 withdrawl as I kept waking up last night, not a good way to go to an offsite seminar but oh well I'm still getting paid.

That sucks marc but just think you'll be able to get the heads for the 94 and hopefully see consistent 9 second passes next season.

 

The price and everything on the car seems great and im really interested... especially since i wrecked my ls1 ive been dying to get back in one.. if you could let me know what days your free to show the car id love to check it out

haha ya marc I went a little overboard and just started ordering stuff. TSP had a good special on the headers and y,i picked up the LS6 with the ported TB for next to nothing and I got the catback on yesterday. If I can find coolant lines i'll be putting the LS6 and TB on today. Hopefully everything will be installed/tuned for the LVD drag day and the car can see some 12's.

 

That's funny, I was just arguing with my wife about LVD....
I'm on vacation next week and she has me pegged to watch my lil girl on Friday.

The blowmaster sounds extremely nice, but doesn't flow to well so thats probably why he got rid of it.

 

Beg her to go marc. I liked the flowmaster sound but i can tell the difference after swapping the hooker on there. It was robbing some power. Too bad the hooker tips stick out so far..i left them off until i can cut the tailpipes to make them fit. Hopefully(lift use depending) i can get the longtubes and everything else on the car on saturday morning then it's off to get a tune.

lol gotta keep them in line marc. Of course if you show up you'll get to take it down the track. Hopefully it can get close to it's old times with the verter.

 

Bring the little girl to the track, can't break them early enough.
That way she'll get used to the sound.
