Unhappy More bad news!

I found out friday befor i left, that an old friend of mine 22 years old, took his own life on thursday!
he hung himself, and i believe left a note saying it was because him and his girl broke up.
what a stupid thing to do.
anyway, keep in mind if anyone ever thinks that way, remember what it does to the people you leave behind. dont be stupid. that is 2 people that have done it to me, one being my uncle and a very close one at that. it is the most painful way to leeve this earth, lkeeps everyone around you wondering why, what was so bad, was it me, ect.
so anyone that ever thinks that way, dont do it.

that sucks brad very sorry to hear. But remember anyone who does that isn't in their right mind when they do the deed. If he really knew what it would do to everyone he was leaving behind it would be different.

Sorry to hear that Brad.. one of my friends in high school did that our senior year.. wasn't good to say the least. I've had a couple family members over the years do that too.. never the right choice. My best wishes to you and his family.

Hey Brad,
Sorry for the loss. Had a cousin do that when he was 22 ( over a girl too) when I was 15. Yeah it's tough. If you need anything just give a shout.

Hey, it can be tough with girls. Then add in any other personal problems someone is having and it can add up. Not saying suicide is the way to go, but I can see where sometimes life gets too overwhelming.

A permanent solution to a temporary problem, very unfortunate.

Exactly... when people are hurting for a long time, they feel that there isn't a way to end the pain other than death. It's our responsiblity to recognize that pain and hurt and help them understand what they mean to us, and how much we need them and how much of a loss it would be to lose them.

I'm sorry to hear about your loss. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends and to him. Hopefully he will find peace in death that he thought he couldn't find in life.

this isnt real true. with these two people, my buddy, and my uncle, we never in a million years would think they would do this.
this kid had a nice life, nice family, good friends, money, car, heath, same with my uncle, he had his trucking company, it was going great, his kid was doing great, A+ student, best hocky player on his team, ect ect. neither one showed any type of depresion or anything, if they had, believe me, we would have tried to help.
