Might have hit another snag.

I decided to do something small on the car today. I took out the old timming cover sean and went to put the new one in. It slid in really easy, just pushed it in by hand. No hammer or block of wood needed.

Then I look at the old seal and it is rubber and steel. The new one from Texas Speed And Performance is an AC Delco Not GM like stated on the web site or my order form. And it is only rubber, no steel? is this ok to use or will it leak?

if it is a seal and it is the right shape it will work lmao Dave you are too much! BTW ac delco is gm
