My buddy has a 98 SS hardtop/cloth/m6/no power options, or tcs. Just a cd player. He bought it from the orginal owner, who purposely ordered it that way. I guess there are a few out there.

its black...we picked it up on sunday in palmer, by that ol' train loading station. im not sure if it has traction control or not i forgot to run the vin but it does have the WU8 code on the door.
Speaking of rare stuff....I am looking for a loaded, 135" std. wheelbase, 1 ton, GMC Savana, or Chevy Express Sport 3500 WINDOW van. That's usually found in passenger van models. Has to have the dark tinted windows all around (both sides and rear doors). Looking for either 5 pass. (1 rear seat), or 8 pass. (2 rear seats). Looking for a used '02 or '03 clean unit--mileage not important, long as it's clean and well-maintained. Has to be a 5.7 or 6.0--no big blocks or diesels. If anyone knows where there's one of these things FS, either private or dealer, please let me know. Just missed a beauty that I was bidding on in Tx. last week. I could afford a small finders' fee...

I'm sure the car is rare.But I doubt it is worth any extra as of yet.Maybe in about 30yr's or so. Sounds like you got the perfect car for racing,I'll trade the window setup with you
