Looks like more than just "Jersey" hating going on in this thread...
I think Steph was/is commenting about the shop bashing as oppossed to saying who's shop is better or worse.

maybe because Ken works 12 hours a day 6 days a week and doesnt want to stay late on a saturday. he would rather get home to his wife and 4 kids instead of working and missing his new baby take his first steps or somthing.
i say, if you cant wait, and come friday they cant squeez you in, go someplace ealse.
ps, for what its worth, ive seen ken go in sunday mornings to accomidate a customer and again, thats after working 6, 12 hour days.

I think that she is just upset because I told her a combo to go with, and she decided to go with another set up that even with a good driver
cant even go fast.

And we all put our time in to our shops... We are backed up also with a lot of tunes/work, but that is why you need to allocate work to your employees and get things done.

she wasnt singling out esp. its bussiness and customer satisfaction. and the car that needs the tune was already tuned at your shop so you dont have to download his pcm. i undestand being busy and all but 3weeks to one of your already paying customers then come on here and say stuff like this
yea my decission a few years back was real hard

for what its worth, ken is a great guy, he does great work, and our stupid comments shouldnt turn anyone away. i know im an ***, but i dont own esp so my personal opinions ect shouldnt be held against esp
even tho i have the big check book and kens tring to sell me stuff so he can send his kids to collage at my expence. lol (<<<this is a joke statment for what its worth)
