thats a bad one hope he is okay.Does anyone remember when bodines truck was torn to pieces,I think it was at Daytona thought for sure he was a goner.

Yeah I was watching drag racing on ESPN2 when I saw that happening, terrible accident. But amazing the driver of the car in the left lane pretty much walked away from it, the other driver was in the hospital and had some broken bones. But just impressive how good the safety technology is in those cars.

yea i saw this video abvout 2 weeks ago, friggin ridiculous...they say its the worst crash in NHRA history. Both of the drivers came out of the wreck in good shape considering the severity of the collision. I dont think Simpson safety equipment gets the recognition they deserve. if u watch the video you can see the engine getting dragged down the track by the parachute of the other car.
