Dash pic, almost done
I finished cutting and powder coating the template for the dash. i didnt have the hole saw for the tach so im getting that today, and i will mount that on the bottom right hand side.
looks pretty good. should be nice when its done.
and man the powder coater worked sweet!!!!!
anyone needs smaller parts done, let me know. its pretty cheep. probably do smaller parts for like 25-30 bucks!!
just need to order more powder. its very strong also, i bent a trial piece till it broke, and the coating did not chip!!!

Looks like its "crimped" over the edge of the bezel, anyway to get it off without having it look like *** afterwards?
Brad, that's coming out pretty good.

Looks good Brad, but consider tach mounting in position a little higher so that your eyeline of the tree is the same as your eyeline for vision of the tach, if you know what I mean. That's just my opinion--maybe you have another reason for mounting the tach down low....Again, looks good--you know a good tradesman appreciates good craftsmanship.... WJ

hey, i didnt know the pic was that bad till i posted it. it looked ok on my phone. lol
as for the trim rings, they will be, its a template. the tach is low because the shift light is going in the center, and it might obstruct the tach. don, of course its aluminium.
i have a beter cam, i have 2 beter cams, but the phone is just easy. lol
