God this site is quiet lately.... BTW, shown at left are Dan's 2 new sons sleeping thru the night.... (Right.)

I was noticing the same thing.... I spend all day infront of a computer... so I keep a screen open to this site and every once in awhile I hit refresh to see whats new..... and lately things have been slow.... I just figured it's that time of year... the excitement is gone until it starts warming up and we get to take our toys back out to play!

Ya I have noticed this too. I am at school and have my comp with my all day. I guess everyone is starting their "winter mods" and they will all be back soon to surprize us with some new tricks.

i'm at work and on break. i'm starting to dislike 2nd shift. 3-11:30. i miss college. life was so much easier then.

No kidding, my brother lives in Santa barbara... being poor and living on his couch almost starts to sound reasonable when it's -10 out in jan & feb

i feel for ya man... i used to live in VT, seeing snow on the top of killington in june almost make me glad i live in CT

Yeah, I worked for my dad in highschool out on jobs during winter break. Most of our work is on vaca homes on stratton.... I remember one day working outside, the temp didn't get above -15 and the wind was blowing hard.... I was wearing as many layers as I could and still be able to walk & I still couldn't get warm. Glad I'm in the office now, if I was still doing that **** I'd be in california by now

ugh. i dont think i can agree. School is kicking my butt. Running around all day combined with sleepless nights studying to end up with D's, couldnt be more frustrating. I feel so stupid, and i graduated 3rd in my hs class so i am not used to it. I'm sure the people here that were in this major can agree with me

where did u go? The only thing i hate about uconn is its in the sticks. The night life was pretty fun here until all the everything happened 2 years ago with the champship and now its so strict. Now the school kinda sucks. I guess its better sometimes cause going out when i should be studying isnt as tempting anymore. Ill probably appreciate school more when its over, right now I cant wait for this semester to just be over. ps- god bless you in computer engineering, that stuff is difficult/very time consuming.
