Ok, so the guy in stonham won't be pulling the tranny. He thinks I should just do what is needed to support 550ish rwhp since I won't be upgrading the blower for a year or so. The other guy was quoting me a price to support 800rwhp which is my ultimate goal. Now I understand why there was such a difference in price.

I think I'm going the $400 route for now. I can't really afford the total rebuild now anyway.

****, i'm itchin to get the f1c kit sooner than later cause i just got a HUGE bonus from work. i think i'm gonna call Matt's tranny guy monday to schedule a time for a rebuild.

He built my 4L60E. It came out pretty good.
