Default The guns are GONE

I stopped working out steady since May. I knew I had lost some size but never measured to find out. Back in may my arms were 17 3/4". I measured them tonight for kicks. 16 1/2" wow, i lost 1 1/4" . That's insane. I'm going back to the gym hard core as soon as i get back from my trip to mexico in a few weeks. I have no idea why i even posted this. I had to tell someone, lol.

every time i start getting bored at the gym, i watch the 'ole Pumping Iron documentary. they re-released it on DVD not too long ago. its got some new interviews with Arnold regarding the film and there are some interesting suprises in there.

gets me pretty motivated to achieve maximum pumpitude!

I'm leaving for Mexico on Saturday, then I'm heading to Maine to work for a week. As soon as I'm back home, I'm hitting the gym hard. I need to get in shape and put some size back on all at the same time. Not sure how i'm gonna pull that off. We'll see. Creatine will help I hope.
