Only certain infractions are misd and felonies.. ie, DWI with 2 previous infractions for a "E" Felony.. aggravated unlicensed operator, etc.
Speeding is not a criminal offense.. but obstucting govenmental administration (by fleeing and resisting arrest) will be a misdemeanor.
Plead not guilty and you will get a break- unless you go to court with your drawers on your head.
