Better look out........
Better look out........ I finally finished my car. Late last july I broke off my output shaft in the trans. Well after saving up some money I sent out my tranny to get fixed and other upgrades ( proshifted, viper output shaft,.......). Once I got it back I couldn't wait to drive it, so I installed it that night only to find out that my slave cylinder had gone bad somehow. The next day after work I bought a new slave cylinder and reinstalled the tranny. Well the car only made it about 6 feet before I realized that the ring and pinion had some broke off teeth. I got tired of that POS 12 bolt breaking so I pulled it and sold it. Well after a little more saving up (and income taxes) I finally had enough money to get the 9 inch that I needed. Once the rear showed up I started installing it and realized that the axles didn't have the reluctor rings on like I had paided for. Then it seemed like nothing would just bolt-up. I had to make a new torque arm because I refused to beat up my floor board. I took it on its maden voyage today and boy is driving it different with the proshifted tranny. It'll take some getting used to but for the most part, I like it. This thing shifts like a dream but you better do it at WOT or it will bang and clang the gears. Anyways I thought i'd warn you that some idiot (me) has his car back together. See ya'll at the track.
