Warranty Question?

A coworker has a new 2005 Gm Vehicle. She drove 50,000 miles so far and her head is cracked! I know she has a 3YR/36 warranty but is there any hope that a dealer might help her out? If anyone has any suggestions that would be great.

you can call GMs cust. serv. line but since it is out of warranty theyre not responsible for the repair.

that sucks.

Probably the best she can hope for is to get the friendly neighborhood dealer to give her a bit of a break. What kind of car/engine?

The right dealer and service manager could/and would do it for a long-time GM customer. GM does not want to lose the loyal customers that it DOES STILL have left. Stuff sometimes gets warrantied thru other warranties, if you know what I mean.....
