25 Quickest Eastern LSx's
I like the idea of spiltting it up between jiuce/fi/na, only because guys running a n/a, FI, or juice setup can compare with cars taht are running similar setups.. to compare juice cars against n/a cars and FI cars, the comparison isn't relative.

I agree.. if it was fisable to get into the 9's on motor I'd be trying for that, but the only way I see beign able to do that I'd have to convert to a solid roller HUGE cam/sheet metal setup and a TON of weight reduction, or just add nitrous to my motor, which it was built for anyway. 150 will probably do it once the car's sorted out, 200 would as it sits now. I'm more intrested in getting the car to a consistant 10.50 on motor so I can run some 10.50 index stuff with it, as there' smore of that type of racing that I can do then anything else. If focusing on that means I won't see myself on the list, then so be it, I'd rather have fun doing some racing, then race for a timeslip.
All that aside, a list of the n/a vs power adder cars say, would be nice, so we can see where we really are. Too bad tech doesn't keep a master list going.. probably too many people on here now to even do that. be nice if they did, a list of the n/a, power adder lsx cars, then another list for all non lsx cars... comparing a honda and a big block and a lsx car doesn't mean much.. and I'm sure there's guys on here that are running all of the above.
well the original idea of this list was to see who was the FASTEST...plain n simple...in the eastern section. but for the new year...we'll change it up and seperate it into 3 catagories. than again.....what will we do for the guys that are running FI and nitrous?? lol yet another catagory?? you guys decide and let me know.
Sounds good to me either way... I'm gonna be running nitrous anyway next year, but having it split up so that people can compare apples to apples a little more might mean something... might get people to work together a little more if it's a little clearer abotu who is runnign comparable setups... god forbid we help each other out to get faster on here LOL.
Anyone serious about a eastern section track rental ? Atco might be too far for some and for a rental they only allow 15 cars but we could always ask. I would be fine with Atco,E-town or LVD. Last I checked E-town doesnt do private track rentals. So I think it would either be Atco or LVD. We could also check on Island but alot of people bitch about island not being up to par. Atco would lay down the best times of all the tracks. Lets get some idea's
if you're talking for next season, I'd be game for a LVD rental... I just need to know ahead of time, probably can get a few eastside cars to go too... probably coudl easily fill a whole rental.

Im not the fastest but i would help with a track rental to make a couple passes wiht some bad *** ls1's. I and a friend would at least pay to watch if we wouldnt be able to run with u guys, i would vote atco
It would likely have to be a little further south. The middle of the East would make sense or youll never get the NC, VA boys ETC.

Ok ill post this up for the administrators on this board, im looking for acceptance into the single didgit club. Here is video of the ATCO rental on monday the 6th of november this is for admission to the boards fastest list of cars for eastern members and the nitrous list. The NOS cars need to get lower times on the board to compete with those turbo cars. Well anyway here is the link to the video, i hope it works, and some small specifics on the car.

My car is a street car which gets towed, because I dont feel like getting stranded at the track with a broken 10bolt. Even though I had ZERO problems the first time I went to the track. I drive it every day to work (with the exception of winter). I dont think that categorization works.

Agree'd.. My cars a street car that gets towed as well. why risk driving 100 miles and breaking something when you have the comfort and safety of a trailer.
As for a breakdown of lists, id suggest a N/A, Nitrous, maybe a turbo/SC section, or just include that in the nitrous and make it artificial atmospheres, and a stick category, LSx based... anything more, and we'll have category's coming out the a-hole..
Or, just make it top 100, or even just include everyone without having a set amount of cars. Just have it numbered for the top 25 or 50, or around there, and then after that just list them all. Just so we can see whos running what combo and how fast they are. It would be helpful for those who want to see i.e. what a mild cam only set up will do in the North east, or a stock internals car. The lightning forum im in has the top 25 or 30 numbered, and then the rest of the people just listed in order of quickness without ranks, if they wanna know how fast they are, they can just count....
