Hey man that sucks, but I couldnt help but laugh seeing what the cop wrote in the bottom right hand corner, 200 ft skid marks. Jesus they are out to get you. Honestly though if they dont have any pics of the sceen or any witnesses that saw it then you should def be able to get out of that. Good luck man!

Yeah, I hate those little below the belt shots they take at you for if you try to dispute it. It's an empty spot for a court address if the offense is criminal, not a f'n comment box. I was complaining about that same thing a couple months ago when I requested some advice on my recent ticket (for allegedly cutting off an unmarked) in which he wrote "HAD TO JAM ON BRAKES!".

Yea same with me when I had my limo tint windows. He wrote me a ticket, then he wrote in that box "Windows so dark couldnt even see in with light, also loud exhaust"...like WTF I can understand the window tint comment but my exhaust? Some cops just want to make a point I guess.

Thumbs up

If there is a mistake on the ticket, it won't hold up in court.
Point out that fact. The Judge will throw it out.

i wonder if it is like jersey. around here as soon as one piece of information on a ticket is wrong the whole thing is void. so, just having your bday wrong alone would be the end of it.
