.......ya know....being in the military, if i sang it that way id probably get into some deep ****...its not that hard to remember...i remember anchors away, the sailors creed and all the other stuff the navy teaches you to sing....they should make that a requirement to become an cop...thats pitiful

 

Since he's standing in front of a podium, you'd think he would have at least had a written copy of the words, or even practiced it a couple times.
