The biggest wall hung right now is gonna be a 120, I believe we are offering a 50,80,99, and the 120.

I believe we are working on a new 599 also

599 That would be nice...

Is there a reason behind not offering a larger wall hung? The overall weight and packaging wouldn't be much larger? Maybe they just don't see a market for it. I know we would use them quite often.

If you buy a good one, chances are it will probably need it. I figure I'd better have 2 lines out there, at least one for a welder, and the other for the compressor, or for the bridgeport, one or the other is bound to need 230. I haven't bought anythign yet, but a friend of mine goes to alot of those auctions that old equipment is sold at..... so when I'm ready I'll be hitting up some of those, never know what I will find.

Sure will be pimp to have my own mig/tig welders, and have a nice big compressor, with enough capacity to paint if I ever get really enthusiastic, and a bridgeport to make all kinds of cool stuff with. Hell, the bridgeport will pay for itself that I'm sure of, just in the radio control car parts that I'm sure I'll be making/modifying on it once I finally find one.... just have to get one with the power bench for milling and the variable speed for easy speed adjustments.

Kitchens are quite expensive to remodel, especially when a female gets involved in the choices and decisions. It went from "I just want countertops that are easy to take care of" (we had tile), to $6500 granite countertop, $500 sink, $400 faucet $1800 backsplash. I was able to reface the cabinets myself, and I did faux finish to the walls myself. Next step is she wants a porcelin tile floor that we got a couple estimates for and the range was $6800 - $8500. Needless to say we are going to wait on redoing the floor.

OH, and some of the lift's that I've seen run off 230 as well, so a circuit for that, one for the welder... hmmmm, maybe I should go with 3....

I used to work for a cabinet shop, I know how expensive they can be. After I get my garage finished, driveway and electrical done, the kitchen is probably next, followed by a dormer on the upstairs of the house (cape) and add a 2nd bathroom and a walk-in closet upstairs, and make 1/2 the master bedroom. There goes another 50 grand at least between the 2 LOL

Pretty much most stuff with a 1hp motor or larger need 230. I know tha the welder will need it, and the lift may need it too, possibly the bridgeport too. I'll probably put 2 circuits out there, and have 2 plugs per circuit ( illegal, but I'll do it anyway ) so theres one in each corner. I'll probably never have all 4 things running at once anyway, so it probably won't matter.
