No wife pretty much could care less what I do. My boss owns me. It's all about paying your dues early in a your career you will find out all about it. And it's never about not having the cash for the car, just not willing to spend it. $5k for a shortblock, or have the driveway paved?

I know I'm busting your ***. Trust me, I work over 40 hours a week at my internship to show my boss that i care. I even stayed 11 hours one day because he gave me a project late in that day and I wanted to finish it because I was in training the next day. I know that is not a big deal, but that is something most interns wouldn't do. I know how it is to pay my dues early

Just make sure that once you find a job out of college, if you're gonna do that kind of thing, make sure it's a hourly job, and not a salary job....... at least get paid for that kind of thing!
