Default True Duals on Lt1

Ok well I have a tsp true dual setup for a ls1 with bullets but have adapt it to fit to my lt1. I have coated pacesetter headers no emission headers. My true dual come down to the rear end and dump right before it turning out to the sides of the car. My question is this, in Virginia can I get inspected with the true duals not coming from under the car? I have heard too many mixed answers. I have heard pre 95 the do the sniffer test and I would fail because I have no tailpipes? Also I plan I running my stock cat from my old exhaust. I only have one because it is a 95 so where do I put it? And should I gut it because it has 82k miles? Also I plan on getting the egr and air codes fixed with a madz28 tune, but keep the egr and air in the car.

It will work you just have to go to the right shop. To get it done and the sniffer test is only done in NOVA. Hows the car doing
