Mike, what do you have for a torque arm? The car is definately in the high 11's. I run my Nitto's at 16psi and heat em' up for a good 5-7 seconds on the line lock.

I'm sure they used no VHT on the track at all last nite. Funny Cars there this wknd, so they will be stripping the starting line clean for them, and then loading the track w/fresh traction compound. BTW, that's a real strong mph you're running, but 1.9 60's are really hurting you for 11's. Low 1.7's or high 1.6's will dip you right down there where you want to be. WJ

After the 1st hour on a wed all the VHT is gone from the track rental and they dont reapply. So if you can get up there for a run at 6 best bet. Nowadays if youre car is ready and youre really running for a time the track rental is it.

+1 for joining a rental.

Still running the stock TQ arm Dan. I did however reinforce it top and bottom with some plate steel where it mounts to the axle. Figured that would help it hold up until I got a better set up

I think you were in the inspection line next to me on Wednesday. Your car sounds mean, I like it.
Yeah I was getting shitty traction and so was The other black truck, Not sure it was really traction for him tho. May be tuning or stall, I tried to log some runs for him for Don to look at but the battery died it my laptop.

I was two tenths slower than my usual times.
