Default This really sucks

I finally got my headers and y pipe installed on friday and i was loving it the car sounded so bad ***. i got to enjpy only temporary bc on saturday afternoon my mom was drving my car up the street to go get somethign and on her way back home she was driving and there wasa dog ran out in the road and she swerved to miss it and when she did that the back end washed out and she skidded across both lanes and hit the drives side of the car into the guard rail. It sucks so much and it wouldnt be so bad but the tie rod on the drivers side is bent to hell and i couldnt even drive the thing. So now its sitting at the body shop and the guy tells me as of right now with just body and paint its gonna be 5500 bucks not inclding what ever is wrng up front with the steering and suspension. I guess the good thing is nobody is hurt and that all that has to be paid is the deductible which is 500 bucks i am with out a car for like 5 weeks tho.

I don't believe there was a dog. Mom's pushed a little too hard on the gas and got squirly & hit the guardrails. Sounds like a story a kid would tell mom & dad. "A dog ran out in front of me"

I heard the same story from a guy who works for me and hit a boat. Still have not seen the black dog.

Haha kinda like in a Christmas Story when he shoots his eye out and makes up that story of the icicle falling off the garage.

It was a meteor again. It misses Mars, it misses the moon, it hits the car. Dammit

I totally agree with mom under estimating the power and hitting the guard rail. Hopefully you have insurance and only have to pay a deductible.
