not a problem. It should be running soon, I have the old motor and all the old parts at the house now, and now that I see what went wrong, I think I know why. New motor will be getting finished next week, and then it's just a matter of dropping it in, bolting the TH400 up to it, making up the shifter mount which is 1/2 done already, hooking the trans temp guage up, mounting the tranny cooler, that kind of stuff, and getting the car tuned, and it will be all set. Depending on how busy they are with everything else, I'd guess a week to 2 weeks. Monday being a holiday it's a short week, so I'm sure it will be a busy week, so I'm guessing a week from next Friday it will probably be done. Enough time to get it out and drive it a little to break it all in, then it's off to the track to do some hard launches and get the suspension set, then a full blast, and get kicked out directly afterwards LOL.

I do not think I will be at camaro firebird day. I wish NED was closer. I am not exactly tempted to drive 3 hours each way to get 2 runs in. But I will go to at least one more T&T at LVD this month before it sleeps for the winter

I bought a flex-a-lite 20x7x3/4 unit, it's way overkill and is taking the place of my a/c condenser... Ken told me there was no real need for one that big. he usually puts a small 4x8 one in and runs it with the one in the radiator, but seeing I didn't have that one as I started with a stick car, I went a little bigger on the cooler itself. It's more of a pain to mount, but should be more then enough.

If you have the one in the radiator and a 2nd one, you're probably fine. As long as the tranny doesn't get much over 200, I don't see it being a problem.
