davered00ss and gman.......... roll cage is going to be at my house tommorrow so we can get cracking on putting that in. im pulliing the tranny out sometime this week and sending the converter out to get restalled so whenever thats done and i get tools you guys can check out the install.

have you run it at the track with it the way it was, to get a before and after? I assume you have, as that's the reason for the roll bar... or you're doing it proactively which is probably the smart choice.

ned is wierd with the regulations....they list a bunch of crap and then when you tech in they list more, like screw in valve stems...dont forget padding for your cage...your seats have to be held tighly in place with a bracket so you dont get whiplash....and if they are dicks theyll ask you what sfi spec your other stuff is...so far theyv asked me 1 of 2 times....

its a wolfe right?...its a very precise fit...since i got the bolt in, the powdercoat was on the inside of the bars as well...so id definately recommend getting it off first...i didnt realize until i went to put the first bar in after i already had the main bars in and i was like crap! and if your worried about meeting their safety requirements go to there website and check their rules....i couldnt find the ihra rulebook i had so i used their list and went there and asked what else was required....its mostly small stuff but was a pain to find screw in valve stems believe it or not...i had to go to 5 auto stores
