Seeing you have a stick if you are not used to running those kind of tires I would up the pressure to 18-19 1st and see how you do. You don't want to break your rear on too sticky of a tire and you don't want to bog if your not ready for it. Once you get used to the tires you'll have a better feeling what the car can do. Et's on m6 cars arent very friendly on the 10 bolt.

Looks like I'll make the trip back up again. Obviously no where around vette/viper territory, but still looking for a 12s slip. I just picked up new tires(thank god) so I should have some good times. Hope to meet a few of you guys there.

yeah we'll see, i dont have too much experience...i ran a few times this summer i am confident i can do better than 12.6 but either way it will be fun....and i hope the 10 bolt holds up otherwise its a long tow back to MA...haha
That blows, guess we will play it by ear. It's suppose to be nice and sunny up their the next day, clear w/ a high in the low 70's. Unless the track is real bad I'll go.
Oh by the way, is their anybody up their that is proficient at setting pinion angles? I have an angle guage and can bring jackstands and ramps. I just need somebody to double check if they wouldn't mind. I had the angle tweaked by a shop recently to make sure it was at -1. It didn't feel right so they are putting it back to how it was when I brought it.
