Bob that sounds like somethign right up your alley, put an lsx motor in it.. the ford guys will HATE you for it.. would be a funy *** thign to see that show up at a ford car show, everyone looking at it because it's the only newer mustang that pulled in that actually sounds like it has a pair.. then you pop the hood and they see an lsx motor in it... it would be classic.

I'll tell you what- I'll give you the first shot, N/A to N/A!

Even with the 7 year old cam profile and your 3600lb boat.

There is no denying the potential in an all motor LSX car. But as far as I'm concerned I try to show no extreme favortism to either side, it's all better than going import. Nice car dude, there is a pretty clean looking foxbody around where i live with the 4.6 32V fully forged and turbo. That car moves. Put cars upon cars on a sprayed and cammed LS1. Overall nice car dude.

That depends.. my old GT ran 13.5 with bolt-ons, and that's with 2V heads.

As far as I know, not too much of a big deal.. but the blower might not clear the hood.

hack a hole LOL, or get another hood. That motor is the only viable optiont aht ford sells taht will fit wihtout completely butchering the car to get somethign in there.

They aren't that bad... In stock form they are garbage, but with some bolt ons and a tire they will run with stock LS1s.

My buddy ran a 13.2 in an '00 GT with bolt ons. Then he later ran a 12.5 with a 90 shot.

I'd throw an R block in that thing with a Procharger and rape the streets.
