FWIW, they're generally not too strict on most things, with the exception of them being very by the book when it comes to nitrous cars. Most of the time when I'm at tech, the first thing they ask is if I have a bottle or not.

If You go to lvd and its a street car, chances are, they won't even check over your car.

I guess I'll order one better safe than sorry. I need a bottle heater anyway.

If they spot the bottle, they WILL look for the blow down... its like the one thing they do check.

If it's in the truck you'd be crazy not to run one and have it mounted properly.I've had a car blow the valve for no reason and it could cause you to crash.

If it's in the bed then you don't need one.Obviosly.

LVD is very lax compared to NED and Etown, from my understanding since Ive been to all 3. I go to LVD all the time, there is one tech guy who knows his Sh*t and he will pick over a car. If your n2o his pretty well hidden then you shoukld be fine but if they see the line they will ask.

Josh, Put it in the bed or up in the rear bed fender for stealth mode. I don't think they will let you have it in the Cab with no separation between you and the bottle....

Stay safe man....

BTW, want me to post the pics of the three 6.0's in your garage?

I think I'll try and put in the bed for the race. I hate drilling holes in my **** though. So much for not being obvious. I'm only gonna use it if don't hit the 12's N/A. It's just for insurance.

Steve I don't think the guys over here will have a hard on like the truck guys seeing all the 6.0L lined up.
