Default Just another Big thanks to Slowhawk thread.

I think we should have a Don Kinder Appreciation day.

Don did a great job on the tune for my car (as well as all the other work) I put down the Dyno #'s I wanted with the cam and got some great times for the first time out with the cam.

I also manages to F' My car up at the track Sunday too. With all the delays in the staging lanes, I was kind of screwed up and did my burn out with the traction control on. Not only did I leave the traction control on, but I launched at 3K in second gear. Needless to say, my spec clutch did not like it, and I welded it to the flywheel.

Don to the rescue. Had the car towed to his house, and crashed on his couch, and he fixed the car in the am. Don, I just can't thank you enough for all you have done for me and my car.

Thanks again,
Dave

I didn't want to mention the Vette in case he was trying to keep it a secret. Thanks again. I hope to hit the track the weekend of the 28/29th. Brandon thinks he can get 12.7 out of his 02 SS.

Dave LOL I've done a burnout or 2 with the traction control on. But you know it right away because the tires dont spin. The 2nd gear thing I cant help you with. Jeez. you've got to race more. Don is the best isnt he, saved my *** on more than one occassion. Drop my name to the AAA guys they'll treat you well. Did jimmy pick you up? He's a good one.

That would be all well and good, but I did break in front of a full crowd at NED. But i guess it's the thought that counts! I was going wish breakage on the everyone else, but then we'd all end up fighting for the trailer!
