Thanks Matt for meeting me down at the track . Once we worked out the few problems the car ripped. I have to say the track prep went away fast later in the day.

the timeslip on the 10.40 pass went like this
1.42 60'
6.585 1/8
102.94 mph
10.408 1/4
128.60 mph

There was some super stock cars running so after that pass I asked one of the guys with a hand held weather station what the weather was and he said the DA was + 1145 feet and the weather was getting worst by the minute. So all in all I was very happy with the way the car was running.

JL ws-6 The weight of the car is around 2900 pounds and I weight about 200 so 3100 race weight is about right. I am also running a Stealth TA arm. Jay Fisher had a bunch of them made many moons ago. I also belive Alex is running one also. I would not change that Tq arm for the world. with some suspension limiters and some fine tuning to the shocks i'll be able to keep the front end down.

carado1984 I am running 4.10 now with a 28x10.5x15 tire. I was crossing the trap around 6900 rpm's maybe next spring I would like to try to fit a 29x10x15 tire and run a 4.56 gear and see what she does.

I agree with some better weather and with the new exhaust set up I think the car will see low 10.2's maybe even a 10.1 out of her with out taking anymore weight out of her.

Once again thanks to the guys over at TTP for building me a sweet set-up Looking foward to trying a few new things over the winter.

limiters in the front would probably help... reason I was asking about the tq arm.. is if it's a really short one that could be causing alot of the lift.

3100 lbs... that's light. I can only wonder what my car would do if it was that light... maybe someday.

Thanks Tom Yes I have a trans brake . Maybe next time out I will try to foot brake it and see if it helps or hurts. I never really tried to foot brake it when the tracs brake is so easy to use lol

Get the travel limiters installed Pete. They are cheap and they will keep the nose down and then you can bump up the launch rpms. Do you have a 2 step? What kind of shocks do you have? Double adjustables are the chit.
