Yes I did. I recieved delivery on Monday morning and began the install Tuesday after checking parts inventory. I work third shift and did it all after work during the day! In total I took me 20-22hours, including a run to Autozone for a 3 jaw pulley puller, quick stop in at TByrnes for TR-6 plugs and new crank bolt, along with a few stops in a my computer for double checks on certain parts of the install that ProCharger seems to have left out!
It was a fun experience so far.

Joe- I hear you on that man and good luck with it, but it'll be a lot more fun with a ProCharger and a six speed, nevermind in a "Goat"!!!!

P.S- the man I bought it from with 451.5rwhp and 412.7rwtq on a conservative tune, ProCharger only (no other supporting mods, such as exhaust or cam) went "12.52 @ 111mph spinning on street tires and lifting between shifts"! Added to that I have Kooks LTs, 3.91 gears, some other things in the rear end for traction, will have DRs next season and of course Don's Tuning!!!! Semi-high hopes but we'll see!

Thanks Andy! It should rip!
I also have stock 17s that I will be painting and using for either M/T Drag radials or Nittos! Haven't yet decided and won't be able to use them until next season anyhow!! Also, pending tuning I may be upgrading to 60lb injectors to help "insure my engine"!

I Edited my prior post!!

Well, in a full drag car situation I wouldn't be driving my GTO (but time will tell LoL). I would be back in a Trans Am with the STS turbo, broad-o-matic and a sufficent stall as well!! That would have been good times too! But there's nothing wrong with a "comfortable fast car"

I have 10,117 miles on the stocker now, it will last me at least the winter (the car comes out maybe twice) and maybe one day at the track (beginning of next season). I have the Spec 3 from my Trans Am sitting in a box waiting for the day the GTO needs it! I may just get a new clutch disc (3+ or stage 4) and keep the Stage 3 pressure plate. The Flywheel is in good shape!
Drag radials won't help the situation, I received my stock wheels yesterday and they await paint and rubber!!

Oh yeah, my gauges should be delivered tomorrow in which case, at least the boost gauge goes in and the car should be dropped off hopefully Thursday for tuning (if not, then Friday)!! If everything goes as planned, I may be able to make a pass Sunday if the weather holds at NED. .. .

The GTO is sitting at Dez Racing awaiting Mr. Kinder in the morning. Hopefully tomorrow evening or Friday I'll have it back with a fresh tune and about 150-170 more rwhp than I did before. .. . SEG

Can't wait to finally go WOT!!!
D-1 + M6 + 3.91 gears = who's got a sale on Nitto DRs?

Thanks Don

The good part is that the 3.90 gears will be useless now.No way it will make it through the 1/4

Are you saying it's too much gear for the 1/4? or are you saying I'll be spinning too much?

Thanks Dan

So what do you think? Anyone have a educated guess or prediction to what I'll be able to run?

Default Here it is guys!

Well I am very slightly disappointed but only because I didn't factor in the fact that my long tubes would drop the boost a little bit (I wasn't expecting miracles). My new numbers after the tune, with 11.5-1 A/F and 16 degrees of timing netted me 452.01rwhp and 403.00rwtq @ 8psi. I gained exactly 140rwhp and 77rwtq with a D-1SC and new tune. Kenne Bell BAP set on 40 and 42lb injectors at 90% duty cycle. Here are the graphs:

What do you think?
I am very happy with it and the "seat of the pants feeling" is far greater than what any dyno sheet can say! I still want about 25-35 more RWHP (so what's next on the list to get me there? besides a P-1). Still have an SEG from putting a whoopin' on a newer STI from Virginia on the way home. . . 3 times, nevermind my newfound power itself!!! :gears:

Thanks Don for getting it done so fast! Greatly appreciated!

thats a decent gain off of your base numbers...now dont be stupid like me and drive through a puddle.....otherwise youll be leaving your car with don again like i did...i cant really complain though, the 440 rwhp i had is nothing to 600

Yes, that is a "Key" point Keith. I got more than a hell of a deal here with what the guy sold me, hell I already got money back for selling a set of 42lb injectors so drop $230 or so off the price I paid!!!! Woot Super deal. I think I can manage with the power, but my goal was 470-475 for now at minimum! maybe a pulley down will help to get the 9psi and maybe spring (the time I wanted to do the charger) I'll do a suitable cam, springs and such instead and raise the Rev limiter = more boost!!! I think the FI addiction to power just got the best of me!! AGAIN!!
