Thanks. Not sure why he is hating on me? If he wants to be salty than he should attack everyone that was faster than him.

Congrats to all that were there!! I had a great time as part of the Tick Performance crew, the ones with the all motor 9.83 Trans Am.

Did anybody snag any pics that we're allowed to post?

It was nice pitting next to you guys. I will see if my brother got any vids of those runs. The driver's Dad was the nicest person I've met in a long time. I love yall's accent.

Wow, thats a dick thing to say. Its generally nice to at least be semi-courteous to another racer, especially one who's set a personal best.

BTW, are you sure you don't mean "stock bottom end" too? In which case I should bitch at GM for not selling me a car with ARP rod bolts too.

not sure I understand the salt in pocket thing but w/e

realy? how many 346 N/A cars at the event were faster then my turd?

nothing against her new best, all the props to her and her car's builder on the PB no doubt. Car is flying no doubt! But to say "I got 4th place" when the field was full of cars who were totaly diferent is just silly.

dont know how many cars were racing 346 n/a but you bring it up alot, is some one passing out ribbons for racing on a stock bottom end car w/rod bolts? I dont think laura was bragging about being fourth but it was her first shootout so she has every right to post up how she did. She has also been trying to achieve making a 9 second pass for nearly a year and a half and that in itself is an achievement, maybe not to you but at least to me you make it sound like it was easy to make a 9 second pass like you could strap a bottle on and do it yourself

Maybe you didn't get the memo but the E.T.'s are going to be listed in the magazine from best to worst. So yes I did get 4th place and I don't think there is anything silly about that. The Shootout was supposed to be LT1 vs LS1 but not enough LT1's could make it. If you had gotten the top E.T. or were in the top 5, I am sure you would have posted it up and I would have congratulated you without being salty.
