Got a DD lined up!!!! ****Update**** I've been looking around for a daily driver for a while now and havent pulled the trigger on anything...
I just got off the phone with my 65 year old aunt who is about to retire and she said she wanted to get a new car and of course a light bulb went off above my head...
I said "so what are you going to do with your old car?" she said "trade it in they are going to give me $500 for it" I said "I'll buy it from you for $1500" and we made a deal!!! She just has to get a new car and I will be the proud owner of a.......................
1995 teal Dodge Neon with 59k on the odometer. She bought it brand new and performed all the maintenance every 3k religiously. She also did the tires, timing belt the whole nine.
Needless to say it is kinda
I am psyched because the TA will get a nice winters rest and only come out on nice days and the Neon should last me at least three years

shoulda offered 1000 
one piece of advice is keep a very close eye on oil leaks. the head gaskets are extremly common on those cars and if you get water in the truck its from the tail light seals and rear body seams

it's record is 2-1-1. I tied with BADFNZ's Silverado SS! He might have been letting off the gas every 3 seconds for me to keep up, but the Contour never gave up! 
beaters are always good to have.... if somethign happens to it, you don't care too much, and ya generally drive it until it gets totalled, stolen, or it catches fire. But, being a neon, ya probably don't have to worry about it getting stolen LOL.
