Swap a couple LSX motors in there and you'll save a lot of weight and have a lot more power, plus how cool would it be to have an LSX boat

i'm sure a boat of that size is useless without big diesels.

I'm sure that you have no idea what you are talking about. I just Googled "37' powerboats with gasoline power" and the first hit was this: http://www.baymarine.com/37searay_bayoubelle.html with these: "ENGINE(S): Twin 380 HP Mercruisers 1999; Model: 7.4L454CI ; Hours: 350"

the sea ray is a cheeper boat, lighter weight, when i say lighter weight, i mean probablt 8,000 pounds lighter.
our old boat was 22,000 pounds and it had gas motors twin 454 370 hp, and the boat cruzed around 15-18 mph top speed of aboutr 23-25 mph

the new boat is 26,000 pounds empty!!, and has desil cummings in it. 380 hp each this boat cruz around 25-27 mph and tops out about 38mph!!!
the desil is 900+ foot pounds of tq!!!!!! each!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 1800 foot pounds of tq, yes 1800!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i know what youre talking about...my families 40ft 89 Luhrs has been with us since 1991. My hardened badass retired inner city firefighter dad cried when he sold it lol, then when the people came with the money..he told them to get lost.

Weve been everywhere in that boat..so id be a little sad if our boat was lost.

i think we are going with bitter sweet. kind of explains the situation. lost a great boat, but got a nice new one.

over the bitter part i was thinking having a mushroom cloud air brushed in, then over the sweet part putting like a palm tree and sun ect because the boat is a Riviera aka french riviera get it. the mushroom cloud is funny tho, i guess.

I cant wait to get on the new one. With a whole lotta luck we might be able to keep the Tiara in the Noyes Crew but i dont think we have that much luck.
