i'm sure a boat of that size is useless without big diesels.

the sea ray is a cheeper boat, lighter weight, when i say lighter weight, i mean probablt 8,000 pounds lighter.
our old boat was 22,000 pounds and it had gas motors twin 454 370 hp, and the boat cruzed around 15-18 mph top speed of aboutr 23-25 mph
the new boat is 26,000 pounds empty!!, and has desil cummings in it. 380 hp each this boat cruz around 25-27 mph and tops out about 38mph!!!
the desil is 900+ foot pounds of tq!!!!!! each!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 1800 foot pounds of tq, yes 1800!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i know what youre talking about...my families 40ft 89 Luhrs has been with us since 1991. My hardened badass retired inner city firefighter dad cried when he sold it lol, then when the people came with the money..he told them to get lost.
Weve been everywhere in that boat..so id be a little sad if our boat was lost.
