ticking rear end... I am having a slight problem with my rear. I noticed a slight clicking sound on the highway about a week ago. Nothing serious, could bearly hear it. About a week later, it is more obvious. It is not superloud or anything but you can def hear it. When slowing down, the amount of clicking reduces with the speed. The sound is all the time, turning and going straight. The sound also seems to increase when I give it gas and decrease when I let off the throttle. I am thinking rear end, but have no idea what it could be. Any suggestions?
Get the car on a lift with a driver inside it, put it in drive and stand behind it, no need to go WOT but enough for cruising speed, if you can hear it in the cabin you should hear it outside.
